2018 Cross Country: Earned all-conference honors for the first time in cross country after placing 17th behind a career-best 6,000 meters time of 23:51.9 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 27) … Consistently near the top of Wooster’s finishers, including with the Scots’ second-best time of 24:05.7 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10) … Runner-up in the 5000 meters in dual meet versus Denison (Sept. 20) … Added a 15:50.4 in the 4000 meters Wooster Invitational (Aug. 31), which was good for ninth-place in return to cross country course.

2018 Outdoor: Big-time contributor towards the team score at the NCAC Championships (May 4-5) … Qualified fourth in the 800 meters (2:24.24), before settling for sixth-place in the championship heat with time of 2:24.34 … Part of the Scots’ sixth-place 4x400 relay that crossed at 4:13.12 at the league championships … Helped the Scots to a seventh-place finish in the 4x400 at the All-Ohio Championships (April 14) with time of 4:14.37.

2018 Indoor: Once again, a staple on the Scots’ relays at the NCAC Championships (March 2-3) … Earned all-conference honors in the 4x400 with third-place time of 4:14.68, and just missed earning a certificate in the distance medley relay, which placed fourth at 13:12.60 … Part of the runner-up 4x400s at the Wooster Quad (Jan. 20) and Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 27).

2017 Cross Country: Missed the season due to studying abroad.

2017 Outdoor: Continued to provide scoring runs in middle distance events … Went 2:22.84, a personal record, in the 800 at the NCAC Championships (May 6) for fifth-place … Integral part of the 4x400, which placed fourth (4:07.99) at the conference meet … Put in an eighth-place clip of 2:25.59 at the All-Ohio Championships (April 15) in the 800 … Placed sixth in the 1500 meters (5:10.08) at the Big Red Invitational (April 28) … Scored at the Bob Kahn Invite (April 8) as part of the runner-up 4x400 squad (4:12.38) and individually with an 800 clip of 2:26.58.

2017 Indoor: Took part in four meets as a relay contributor and middle distance specialist … Valuable leg of 4x400 that took first-place honors in three meets, highlighted by a season-best 4:10.55 at NCAC Championships (March 4), claiming fifth … Closed the season as part of the fifth-place DMR (13:02.59) at the NCAC Championships.

2016 Cross Country: Made five starts on the year … Part of scoring contingent at NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) with a top-four team time of 25:36.5 … Ran a 25:03.6 at the Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 12) … Added a second-place overall finish (16:27.8) in the Wooster Invitational 4000 meters race (Sept. 1) and a top-three team finish at the Otterbein Invitational (Sept. 17), navigating the 6000 meters course in 25:42.6.

2016 Outdoor: Continued to be an impactful relay contributor, helping the 4x400 clock in at 3:56.78, earning all-conference honors via a second-place finish, and break the 31-year-old school record in the process at the NCAC Championships (May 7) … Ran on the fifth-place 4x400 (3:59.77) at the All-Ohio Championships, and just missed scoring in the 800, placing ninth in the preliminary heats at 2:24.64 (April 16) … Won the 1500 (5:07.77) at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 29).

2016 Indoor: One of three first-years to earn all-region honors from the USTFCCCA … Part of the 4x400 school-record relay that clocked in at 4:02.16 to earn runner-up honors at the NCAC Championships (March 5) … Also earned all-conference laurels as part of the third-place DMR that crossed at 12:57.59 at NCACs … Ran a leg of the fifth-place 4x400 (4:08.13) at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 13).

2015 Cross Country: Consistent scorer as a first-year, typically finishing in the top four … Crossed third among Wooster harriers, and finished in the middle of the pack, at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 14), posting a time of 25:01.6 … Went 24:55.7 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 31), and again was the third Scot to finish … Delivered another big-meet performance at the All-Ohio Championships (Oct. 2), taking 62nd at 24:09.43.

Prior to Wooster: Earned two all-league certificates in the 800 and one in cross country for Ventura High School … Helped set the school record in the 4x400 as a junior.
