2018 Outdoor: Competed in the 5000 meters at the NCAC Championships (May 4-5), placing 18th at 21:03.03 … Logged a season-best time of 20:29.47 in the 5K at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 21).

2018 Indoor: Placed 16th in the 3000 meters at the NCAC Championships (March 2-3) with time of 11:56.19 … Time of 6:07.70 was fourth in the mile at the Wooster Quad (Jan. 20).

2017 Cross Country: One of two first-years to earn a spot on Wooster’s seven-harrier contingent at the Div. III Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 11) … Navigated the 6000-meter championship course in 25:57.5 … At NCACs (Oct. 28), was the Scots’ third runner to cross at 24:36.4 … Turned in a 25:19.6 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

Prior to Wooster: Four-time all-league performer in cross country for Mike Homan at Haslett High School … Also lettered twice in track and field.
