WOOSTER, Ohio – As a final tune-up before the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Championships, The College of Wooster cross country teams hosted the Twilight 5K Challenge at John P. Papp Stadium on Friday.
The men dominated, claiming the top seven spots. Lief led the way with a time of 15:21.4, which was a 21-second gap in front of senior Jackson Feinknopf (15:42.2).
David Westcott (15:52.9), Miki Rae (15:56.7) and Simon Weyer (16:00.5) rounded out the top five. Aedin Petit (16:16.8) and Hyuga Uchida (16:34.6) were sixth and seventh, respectively. Jackson Todd was 10th (16:47.4).
On the women's side, Hoover finished with a time of 18:46.9. Senior Emani Kelley was second at 19:03.
