2025 Outdoor: Competed in four meets … Went an outdoor-best 24:38.00 in the 5k at the home Wooster Invitational (April 4-5) … Opened outdoor season with a season-best 13:59.82 in 3k at multi-divisional Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 20-22). 

2025 Indoor: Competed in the 5k at NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-March 1), placing 18th overall in a collegiate-best 24:18.24 … Top collegiate 3k time of 13:53.33 came at Kenyon Tune Up (Feb. 21) for fifth place … Turned in a 7:13.89 mile at the Denison dual meet (Jan. 30). 

2024 Cross Country: Started in five meets … Made collegiate cross country debut at home Wooster Invitational (Aug. 30), finishing the 4k course in 24:14.7 … Turned in season-best 6k time of 34:11.0 during first collegiate 6k race at Denison Invitational (Sept. 6) … Went 24:06.3 in the 5k Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 8). 

2024 Outdoor: Made three starts … Debuted with 35:26.86 in the 5k at the home Wooster Invitational (Apr. 6) … Improved 5k time to 24:29.63 in following meet at Duane Gomez Invitational (Apr. 20) … Went 14:24.93 in the 3k at the Denison Invitational (Apr. 26).
