2025 Outdoor: Competed in three meets … Posted a collegiate-best 4:49.02 in the 1,500 at Denison Invitational (April 25) … Also went 10:38.97 in the 3k at the Denison meet … Opened outdoor season strong with collegiate-best 5k time of 18:16.40 at the multi-divisional Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 20-22). 

2025 Indoor: Only competed in one meet … Placed fifth in the 3k at the Kenyon Tune Up (Feb. 21) in a collegiate-best 10:29.61. 

2024 Cross Country: Started in four meets … Bookended the season with a pair of collegiate-bests … Top four-mile time of 27:44.0 came in season-opening Wooster Invitational (Aug. 30) … Closed the season strong with 17:47.9 for a top 5k time at the Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 8) … Went a season-best 32:29.8 at the 8k All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 20). 

2024 Outdoor: Made three starts … Opened outdoor season with 5:07.14 in the 1,500 at the Bob Kahn Invitational (March 30) … Went 18:51.93 in the 5k at the home Wooster Invitational (Apr. 6) … Posted a 3k time of 10:39.75 at the Denison Invitational (Apr. 26). 

2024 Indoor: Made two starts … Turned in 5:29.24 in the mile for first collegiate track event during the dual meet vs. Denison (Jan. 25) … Went 5:39.84 in the mile at Bob Shannin Invitational (Feb. 3). 

2023 Cross Country: Lone finish came at All-Ohio Intercollegiate Cross Country Challenge (Sept. 15) … Covered the championship-length course in 32:02.5. 

Prior to Wooster: Attended Barbara Ingram School for the Arts. 

Personal: Eagle Scout … Mathematics and education major and music minor … Involved with band on campus and part of the Adopted Student Union.
