2026 Outdoor: Competed in five meets … Had a pair of collegiate bests at the Duane Gomez Invitational (Apr. 18) with 2:16.36 in the 800 and 4:28.14 in the 1,500 … Raced in the 10k at the All-Ohio Championships (Apr. 10-11) and crossed the finish line in 20th place in a collegiate-best 35:37.75 … Went an outdoor season-best 16:57.40 in the 5k at the Bob Kahn Invitational (March 27-28) … Posted top collegiate 3k time of 9:46.50 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 19-21).

2026 Indoor: Competed in six meets … Raced his best at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 27-28) with a top collegiate 5k time of 16:42.76 to place 16th overall … Won the mile at the home Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 24) in a collegiate-best 4:53.58 … 5k runner-up at the Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 7) in 16:54.82 … Indoor 800 best was 2:17.83 at the Ohio Wesleyan Open (Feb. 13) while indoor 3k best was 9:48.84 in the season-opening Wooster Invitational (Jan. 17), which was good enough for third place.

2025 Cross Country: Repeated as letterwinner as one of Scots’ top harriers at NCAC Championships (Nov. 1) … Placed 64th at NCAC meet in 28:03.7 … Recorded top collegiate 8k time of 27:47.4 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 15) … Narrowly missed top-10 finish at the home Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 7), placing 11th in the 5k event in a collegiate best 16:34.6 … Opened season with 23:54.1 at 4-mile home Wooster Invitational (Aug. 29).

2025 Outdoor: Competed in five meets … Went a 5k collegiate-best time of 17:11.98 at the All-Ohio Championships (April 11-12) … Put together 4:36.11 in only 1,500 event of the season at Duane Gomez Invitational (April 19) … Had top collegiate 3k time of 9:47.92 at Denison Invitational (April 25).

2025 Indoor: Competed in five meets … Finished fourth in the 3k in 9:59.05 at the Kenyon Tune Up (Feb. 21) … Matched top mile time of 5:04.57 at both Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 25) and Denison dual (Jan. 30) … Also went 2:23.75 in lone 800 race of the year during Dension dual … Made collegiate track debut with 5:10.37 in the mile at home Wooster Invitational (Jan. 18).

2024 Cross Country: Earned letter as part of Scots’ NCAC contingent … Placed 80th at NCAC Championships (Nov. 3) in a collegiate-best 29:54.1 … Made collegiate debut in season-opening Wooster Invitational (Aug. 30), finishing the four-mile course in 25:42.7 … Went 32:06.8 in first collegiate 8k race at All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 20) … Closed the season with a 5k time of 17:30.8 at the home Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 8).
