Joel Weeman joined The College of Wooster as a part-time diving coach ahead of the 2024-25 season. 

Weeman, a Wooster native, dove for the University of Mount Union and Wooster High School and has assisted with coaching Wooster High School divers while in college. Weeman has worked as a lifeguard and lifeguard manager at the Chris Matthew Aquatic Center in Wooster. 

Weeman is a recent graduate of Mount Union.
