Tracy Karr, who previously worked on the admissions team at The College of Wooster, is a volunteer assistant coach with the women's tennis program. Professionally, Karr currently works as in admissions at Central Michigan University.

Karr attending Muskingum College, and earned a degree in health and physical education from there. At Muskingum, Karr was a three-year varsity letterwinner and was the OAC champion in 1998 at No. 1 singles.
