Liam Regan, a relay staple at championship meets during his College of Wooster track and field career, has joined the Fighting Scots’ staff as a volunteer assistant coach.
The 2025 Wooster alumnus was part of nine North Coast Athletic Conference scoring relays during his career and was a mainstay on the Scots’ top 4x100 and 4x400 relays as a junior and senior. Regan’s top NCAC finish was sixth in the 4x200 (1:33.66) at the 2025 indoor conference meet.
The two-sport Scot was a defensive back in football and earned College Sports Communicators’ Academic All-District® status for the 2023 season. That year, Regan played in all 10 games, which included a pair of starts. He finished the 2023 season with 15 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, a sack, and a fumble recovery, which was returned 37 yards for a touchdown at Wilmington College.
Regan graduated with a degree in education and mathematics.
