Steve Kuri, a two-time All-American and member of The College of Wooster’s W Association Hall of Fame, started assisting his alma mater’s program in a volunteer capacity in 2026.
Kuri has over two decades of experience as a teaching professional in Northeast Ohio. He currently is a tennis professional at Paramount Tennis Club in Westlake and an assistant high school girls coach.
Kuri led Wooster to a pair of North Coast Athletic Conference titles, and to this day, the Fighting Scots are one of three men’s programs in the conference to win a league crown. His 128 wins are sixth in program history and his outstanding career overlapped with five of the six individuals above him on the program’s combined wins list.
Kuri graduated from Wooster with a degree in political science.
