Seniors Daysia Hargrave and Drew Robertson recently earned a Great Lakes All-Region nod from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Hargrave earned the laurels in the 100 hurdles and heptathlon while Robertson was recognized in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
Hargrave is currently preparing for the NCAA Division III Championships in the 100 hurdles, taking her school record time of 14.11 into the meet. That time sits 12th nationally and first regionally, notably hitting that mark during the 2025 North Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships on May 2.
In the same meet, she earned All-NCAC honors in the heptathlon, scoring 4,125 points for second place behind the region's top score of 4,751 from DePauw's Katie Moore. Hargrave's time is third regionally. She also has the ninth-best region time in the 400 hurdles at 1:03.86.
The two All-Region honors gives Hargrave 10 across her indoor and outdoor career here at Wooster.
Robertson had the nation's 30th best Division III time and the second-best regional time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, which he accomplished in 9:03.26 at the Harrison Dillard Twilight back on May 8.
The mark also put him second in the program record book, just shy of David Westcott's 2019 record of 9:02.96.
Elsewhere amongst regional runners, Robertson was 19th in the 5,000 meters (14:52.74) and 23rd in the 1,500 meters (3:57.38). He now has five all-region accolades across outdoor track and cross country.
