All-Time Series: DePauw leads the all-time series, which dates back to 1975, 12-3. The Tigers have won the last six contests in the series. Wooster's last win in the series was a 24-21 victory in 2018. In that contest, then-first-year
Mateo Renteria electrified the team with 388 yards passing in his first collegiate start, and Wooster's defense protected a three-point lead with an interception and fourth-down stop down the stretch.
Last Meeting: Wooster concluded its 2025 season at then-No. 15 DePauw on November 8, 2025. Three second-half interceptions, including two by then-first-year
Grady Harban (Lake Orion, Mich./Lake Orion) were Wooster's bright spot in the 59-0 loss. Then-sophomore defensive back
Charlie Scoggin (Midway, Ky./Sayre School) had Wooster's other interception, which was his third of the year.
Offense Notes: Sophomore quarterback
Damon Hooks (Indianapolis, Ind./Arsenal Technical) had a rushing, passing, and receiving touchdown in last Saturday's win over Wittenberg. Hooks darted in from three yards out in the first quarter, connected with junior wideout
Chance Bennett (Orlando, Fla./Hagerty) on a 65-yard passing touchdown in the fourth quarter, and caught a 7-yard touchdown pass on a trick play with first-year wideout
Logan Hupp (Somerset, Ohio/Sheridan) completing the pass.
Defense Notes: Senior defensive back
Brock Sivon (Perry, Ohio/Perry) heads into senior day leading the team with 66 tackles and two fumble recoveries. His 66 tackles are tied for tops in the NCAC. Sivon is looking to be the first since
Matt DeGrand (2007-09) to lead the team in tackles three separate season and the third since tackles became an official NCAA statistic in 2000.
Tim Cline (2001-03) was the first to lead the team in tackles three different seasons upon tackles become a NCAA statistic in 2000. Junior linebacker
Cam Crago (Mansfield, Ohio/Lexington) is up to 10.5 tackles for loss on the year, a total that leads the NCAC. Over 20 percent of Crago's tackles on the year have come in the opposition's backfield.
Special Teams Notes: Sophomore
Nolan Hendricks (Massillon, Ohio/Massillon Washington) is averaging 35 yards over 47 punts on the year with a long of 64. He has booted three punts over 50 yards.
Up Next: Wooster concludes its season at No. 8 Washington University in St. Louis (8-0, 7-0 NCAC) on Saturday, November 14. Kickoff is at 2 p.m. ET/1 p.m. CT. The Bears are one of 17 remaining undefeated teams in Div. III.
