The College of Wooster men's and women's track and field teams traveled to Ohio Wesleyan University on Friday in a tune up before Saturday's All-Ohio Championships.

The women had a couple of first place finishes. JuniorÂ
Reeve Helvoigt ran a 5:53.14 in the one mile to lead the seven-person field. SophomoreÂ
Eilidh Horn finished third at 6:10.55.

Izzy Cozzie was tops in the 400 dash, running a 1:02.54, while teammateÂ
Aubrey Duggan clocked in at 1:09.48 for third.

 Sarah Hiestand was the only competitor in the pole vault, reaching nine feet, 6.25 inches.

Ellie Fox took the second, third and fourth spots, respectively, with Tarpy reaching a height of 14 feet, 9.75 inches.

Elsewhere, Tarpy finished fourth in the 200 dash in 28.30 seconds, just behind teammateÂ
Eliana Cozzie who ran a faster 28.19.

For the men, junior
 Zephan Deal reached five feet, 8.75 inches in the high jump for second. It was the same length of first, but Deal needed more attempts.

Andrew Rombach finished third in the 800 run with a time of 2:07.52. In the men's one mile race, Rombach's time of 4:48.75 was Wooster's best placement at fifth.

Khaleel Manderson raced to third in the 200 dash with a time of 23.48 seconds.

William Harris IIÂ reached 18 feet, 10.5 inches, andÂ
Henry Schneiderman went 18 feet, 5 inches for the pair to finish fourth and fifth, respectively.

Nanjappa Apana finished ninth in the 400 dash, finishing in 54.67 seconds.
