2017 Cross Country: Logged six starts on the year … Earned a spot on the conference squad and responded with a 27:14.3 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) … Added a 23:59.8 on the 5000 meters course at the Jenna Strong Invitational (Oct. 13).

2017 Outdoor: Logged four individual top-eight finishes as a 400-meter hurdles specialist, including a sixth-place scoring run of 1:09.03 at the NCAC Championships (May 6) … Logged a personal-record 1:08.08 in the 400 hurdles to win the Big Red Invitational (April 28), besting previous PR by over one second … Went 1:11.75 at the All-Ohio Championships (April 15) en route to a top-20 finish.

2017 Indoor: Competed in six meets, primarily as a 400 meters runner … Ran 1:07.76 in the 400 at the NCAC Championships (March 4) … Part of the winning 4x400 team (4:17.33) at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 18) … Put in a sixth-place showing in the open 400 (1:09.26) at the Wooster Tri-Meet (Jan. 21).

2016 Cross Country: Made two starts on the year … Turned in an 18:25 4K time at the Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1).

2016 Outdoor: Standout relay contributor, helping the 4x400 relay cap the NCAC Championships by breaking the 31-year-old school record, and finish in second-place at 3:56.78 (May 5-6) … Picked up third all-conference certificate in the process to cap standout freshman season … Just missed scoring at the conference meet in the 400-meter hurdles, taking ninth (1:11.36) … Part of the fifth-place 4x400 relay (3:59.77) at the All-Ohio Championships (April 16) … Won the 400 hurdles (1:09.52) at the Wooster Quad (April 19), and helped the 4x400 to first-place at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 8) and the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 29).

2016 Indoor: One of the team’s most impactful freshmen, earning an all-region certificate from the USTFCCCA in the 4x400 relay … Helped that relay place second at the NCAC Championships with a school-record clip of 4:02.16 (March 4-5) … Also a part of the all-conference distance medley relay that placed third at 12:57.59 … Ran on the 4x400 at the All-Ohio Championships, a relay that contributed to the team score with a fifth-place time of 4:08.13 (Feb. 13) … Part of three second-place relays in meets with at least three other teams besides Wooster.

2015 Cross Country: Showcased rapid improvement as the season progressed, becoming a consistent top-seven finisher midway through the season … Earned a spot on the regional squad, and went on to clock in at 27:52.2 at the Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 14) … Crossed at 26:01.8 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 31) … Placed sixth in the 4000 meters at the Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1).

Prior to Wooster: Participated in regionals as a senior at Berea-Midpark High School … Earned a quartet of letters in track & field, and three in cross country.

Personal: Born April 21, 1997 … Daughter of Paul and Jill Higgins … Majoring in biochemistry and molecular biology with a minor in Spanish.
