Expected to be a three-year starter on the offensive line … Role may change from left tackle to center … Possesses the size, strength, and footwork to excel … Voted a team captain … 2012: Starting left tackle, protecting the blindside of Wooster’s quarterbacks, for the first eight games, then shifted to center the last two … Helped the Scots put up 18.8 points and 321.0 yards per game … 2011: Started all 10 games, the first three at right tackle and the last seven at left tackle … Played a key role on the Scots’ offensive unit, which ranked among the top half of the conference in total offense (333.8 ypg), which included going for over 300 yards each of the last five games, and it led the league with 4.2 yards per rush … Also served as the short snapper on PATs and field goals … 2010: Appeared in every game, except for the season opener, as he was the team’s snapper for field goals and PATs … Also finished season as Wooster’s No. 2 right tackle … Prior to Wooster: Two-time all-conference selection during two years with Struthers High School’s varsity team … Also lettered once in baseball with the Wildcats … Personal: Born Oct. 8, 1991 … Son of Ken and Janet George … Majoring in biochemistry and molecular biology.
