A proven All-American as a closer, but may make the transition to the starting rotation … Possesses great movement on his two-seam fastball, which can reach up to 90 M.P.H., according to the coaches, as well as a curveball … Already holds the school record for saves and is just five shy of the conference’s career record … Also has the potential to finish with Wooster records for appearances and ERA with a big senior season … 2008: Earned D3baseball.com third-team All-American and first-team all-conference honors while serving as the staff’s closer again … Broke school and conference records for saves with 13 in 16 opportunities, ranking third in Div.
