Biography

Has returned even stronger and poised to have her best season yet, according to the coaching staff … Also a key player for the Scots’ women’s tennis team … 2010: Started 16 of the 20 games she played, and was key in Wooster allowing just 1.55 goals per game … Recorded a defensive save in first round of NCAA Tournament against Juniata (Nov. 10) … 2009: Became an integral part of the defensive line, playing in all 23 games and starting 20 … Helped the Scots to second-lowest goals allowed in the league at 1.91 per game … 2008: Appeared in four games as a freshman, earning a varsity letter … Prior to Wooster: Named an all-star her senior season at Wayland High School … Collected three letters as a member of both the field hockey and ice hockey teams, as well as two more as a lacrosse player … Personal: Born July 12, 1990 … Daughter of Michael and Mary Grimanis … Has created a self-designed, global development and management major, and is the co-founder of the Akaa Project, a non-profit that supports and creates opportunities for families in eastern Ghana.
