Prior to Wooster: Received several accolades senior season at Chillicothe High School, including first-team all-state, District Player of the Year (southeast, Division I), and Chillicothe Gazette Player of the Year … Helped Cavaliers to their winningest season ever (19-6) and set single-season home run record as a senior … Overall, was a two-time all-state, three-time all-district, and three-time all-league selection in softball … Also a varsity volleyball player.
