Prior to Wooster: Second-team all-state selection under Bill Stepanovsky at Vestal High School … Name all-conference in Class A as a junior and all-division as a sophomore … As a senior helped lead the Golden Bears to an undefeated season (17-0-1) while not allowing a goal in the regular season before losing in a shootout in the regional finals.
