A College of Wooster record in the men's 400 medley relay and a podium sweep in the men's 500 freestyle headlined the 10 top-three finishes turned in by the Fighting Scots on night one of the program's annual Wooster Invitational, taking place through Saturday at Chris Matthew Aquatics Center.

Callum Glover took down the 400 medley relay record with a 3:22.78, which was the winning time and capped Thursday's session. The old record was 3:25.03 from 2024 by alumnus

Will Laubacher led the top-three 500 freestyle trio, with a tape-breaking 4:43.62, a time within two seconds of his collegiate-best. First-year
Evan Hasenkampf backed it up with a 4:47.81, a time that was within three seconds of cracking the program's top-10 list in the event. Junior
Philipp Drappatz posted a time of 4:48.90 to secure the third-place finish just ahead of University of Mount Union's
Cameron Burnett (4:48.94).

Emma Humbert was the runner-up in the 200 individual medley, stopping the timer at 2:12.91, which was within two seconds of making the program's top-10 list. Sophomore
Elizabeth Theobald was not far behind, as her 2:15.32 was fourth in the field.
It was déjà vu in the men's 200 individual medley, as Wooster had the second- and fourth-place finishers. Sullivan went 1:54.50 to finish just behind Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology's
Trevor Wiley's winning time of 1:53.00. Price turned in the fourth-place time of 1:55.10, which is the fifth-fastest time in the program annals.
Later, Glover raced to a 20.91 in the 50 freestyle for a runner-up finish. His prelim-leading time of 20.87 was just off the collegiate-best of 20.68 from 2024.

Rachel Frank's 5:22.27 was the sixth-place time in the women's 500 freestyle. That was quickly followed by Sandifer's nearly-identical 5:22.63. Wiley led the Scots in the 50 freestyle with the sixth-place time of 24.90. First-year
Aryanna Harton's 10th-place time of 5:24.56 in the 500 freestyle rounded out the Scots in the top-10 on the night.
Wooster women lead the 10-team field with 411 points. The men are in second with 396 points, trailing Mount Union (512).
Day two gets underway with preliminary heats at 10 a.m. Friday. Finals are at 6 p.m., while Friday's diving events start at 2 p.m. at Timken Natatorium on the College's campus.
