COLUMBUS – Senior Robert Hillhouse continued his scoring spree on Saturday, leading The College of Wooster men's soccer team to a 1-0 win against Capital University in the team's final non-conference game of the season.
 
Hillhouse broke the scoreless tie in the 57th minute, unassisted, for his third goal in two games. His six goals across nine games lead the team as does his 15 points. He also ranks in the top three amongst the conference in goals and points.
 
Wooster (6-3) outshot Capital (4-2-1) 17-11, including a 10-3 mark in the second half. Capital had just three shots on goal, all of which were saved by Wooster keeper Eddie Glucksman.
 
Wooster had seven of its eight shots on goals saved by Capital keeper Noah Thomas.
 
Capital, coming off a 2-0 win over Ohio Wesleyan University in its last outing, suffers just its second loss on the season. Wooster (6-3), hoping to take momentum into North Coast Athletic Conference play, are winners of their last two and three of their last four.
