2019: Debuted on the All-NCAC team as a second-team selection … Finished the year as the team’s co-leader in tackles amongst the defensive line with 47 … Played in nine games, all of which were starts … Made a season-high 10 tackles at Allegheny (Nov. 9), with total ranking one shy of career-high … Finished the year with 6.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 of which came in 17-0 shutout against Oberlin (Sept. 14) … Forced a fumble against the Yeomen … Added eight tackles against NCAC tri-champions Wittenberg (Sept. 21) and Denison (Oct. 19) … Registered sacks against Oberlin, Wittenberg, and Denison.
2018: Continued to anchor down a spot on the exterior of Wooster’s standout defensive front … Played in all 10 games with seven starts … Logged 24 tackles, including seven for loss, a total fourth on the team … Scooped and scored via a 33-yard fumble return in season-opening win at Bluffton (Sept. 1) … Touchdown marked Wooster’s first fumble return for a touchdown on an opponent’s rushing play since 2007 … Later in the game, strip-sacked the Beavers’ quarterback, and was subsequently named NCAC Player of the Week for the second time … Had at least one tackle for loss in six games … Season-high in tackles, four, came against Bluffton, Allegheny (Sept. 8), and Denison (Nov. 3).
2017: One of the regulars in the defensive line rotation … Entered all 10 games and ended the year with 39 tackles, including a team-best 9.5 for loss … Tops on the team with 6.5 sacks … Ranked 95th nationally and eighth in the NCAC in sacks per game … Turned in a breakout afternoon at Hiram (Oct. 21) … Broke the program’s single-game record for sacks with 4.5 and finished with career-highs in tackles (11) and tackles for loss (5.5) … Earned a spot on the D3football.com Team of the Week, and was selected as the NCAC’s Defensive Player of the Week for performance against Hiram … Also went on to win the HeroSports.com Div. III HERO Fan Vote … Added seven tackles, including a solo sack at Allegheny (Sept. 9), and had a sack a week later versus Ohio Wesleyan (Sept. 16).
2016: Earned time in four games while learning behind Wooster’s veteran defensive line … Made collegiate debut at Washington & Jefferson (Sept. 3) and was credited with a solo stop.
Prior to Wooster: Prepped for Caesar Nettles at Riverdale Baptist School and helped the Crusaders to a pair of conference titles.
