One of the top offensive forces in NCAA Div. III returns to complete her eligibility … Already the conference’s all-time leader in points (189) and goals (77) … Played for Team USA at the Maccabiah Games in Israel during the summer of 2009 … 2009: Selected to NFHCA All-America First Team, one of 16 players so honored, and the organization’s Great Lakes Region Player of the Year, while also claiming her third NCAC Offensive Player of the Year … Led the league with 65 points (28 goals, 9 assists) and ranked seventh in the nation in scoring (2.83 ppg) as well as fifth in goals (1.22 gpg) … Recorded three hat tricks, highlighted by a four-goal outing against arch-rival Wittenberg (Sept. 19) … Assisted the lone goal in the NCAC Tournament championship game, as the Scots prevailed 1-0 over Ohio Wesleyan (Nov. 7) … 2008: Named a second-team All-American and the NCAC Offensive Player of the Year for the second time in her career, also garnering a first-team all-region nod … Broke the conference’s 24-year old single-season scoring record, tallying 71 points on 29 goals and 13 assists … Finished third in the nation in scoring (3.23 ppg), eighth in goals (1.32 gpg), and 19th in assists (0.59 apg), and ranked first in the NCAC in all three categories … Netted three hat tricks, including at Oberlin (Sept. 16) when she also chipped in two assists to match a career-high, eight-point game … Distributed a career-high three assists against Kenyon (Nov. 2) … MVP of the NCAC Tournament … 2007: Scored a goal and tacked on an assist in a season-opening victory over Frostburg State (Sept. 1), but sustained a season-ending injury the next day at Centre (Sept. 2) … 2006: Earned second-team All-American honors, in addition to being the NCAC Offensive Player and Newcomer of the Year … Ranked 14th in the nation in scoring at 2.38 points per game, and led the league in all three offensive categories – goals (19), assists (12), and points (50) … Had three hat tricks, including in back-to-back games at Oberlin (Sept. 28) and against Earlham (Sept. 30) … Collected a career-high eight points (3 goals, 2 assists) in the Earlham game … Prior to Wooster: All-league and team’s MVP at Shaker Heights High School as a senior after leading the Raiders with 26 points (6 goals, 14 assists) … Served as team captain in both field hockey and softball … Totaled seven varsity letters – three in field hockey and four in softball … Personal: Born July 20, 1988 … Daughter of Les and Jacqueline Artman, and younger sister of Wooster alum Adam Artman … Majoring in sociology.
