Three-time member of the AD Honor Roll. 

2025 Outdoor: All-Ohio runner-up in 10k with a time of 39:23.24 for first career All-Ohio accolade … Placed sixth in the 5k at the NCAC Championships (May 2-3) with a collegiate-best 18:18.81, which now ranks sixth-fastest in school history … Also finished 10th in the 10k at NCACs in 39:54.07 … Won the 10k at the Bob Kahn Invitational in a collegiate-best 39:19.79, good for eighth-fastest in program history … Won the 5k at the home Wooster Invitational (April 4-5) in 18:44.30 … Turned in top collegiate 1,500 time of 5:08.28 at the Denison Invitational (April 25). 

2025 Indoor: Competed in the 3k and the 5k at NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-March 1) with times of 11:06.32 and 19:21.70, respectively … Won the mile in a collegiate-best 5:41.41 during dual meet with Denison (Jan. 30) … Opened season with top collegiate 3k time of 10:58.52 at the home Wooster Invitational (Jan. 18). 

2024 Cross Country: Earned fourth consecutive letter in cross country … Placed 57th at NCAC Championships (Nov. 3) in a time of 26:17.9 … Top collegiate 6k time of 24:48.8 came at NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 16) as the Scots’ No. 3 harrier … Posted top collegiate 5k time of 20:18.3 at the Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 8) the meet before … Best individual finish was 13th-place at the Denison Invitational (Sept. 6) in a time of 25:39.1. 

2024 Outdoor: Made four starts … Best effort came in 5k at Duane Gomez Invitational (Apr. 20) with a season-best 23:22.85 … Went 13:29.30 in the 3k at the Denison Invitational (Apr. 26). 

2024 Indoor: Did not make any starts. 

2023 Cross Country: Earned third straight letter … Went 29:01.0 to place 78th at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28), marking season-best championship length effort … Placed 12th in dual meet with Denison (Sept. 21), finishing the 5K course in 25:00.6 …  Had season-best 5K time of 24:19.3 at the Jenna Strong Classic (Oct. 13) … Opened season with 4K time of 20:23.7 at the home Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1). 

2023 Outdoor: Competed in five meets … Went a collegiate-best 21:07.24 in 5K during dual meet against Oberlin (April 8) … Had a 3K time of 13:04.42 at Denison Invitational (April 28). 

2023 Indoor: Competed in five meets … Part of Wooster’s scoring DMR at NCAC Championships (Feb. 24-25), which finished seventh in 14:50.25 … Also ran in 3K at NCACs … Took third in 3K at Kenyon Invitational (Feb. 17) in a season-best time of 12:45.53. 

2022 Cross Country: Earned second consecutive letter … One of the Scots’ most consistent point scorers, including a finish as the No. 3 harrier in the dual meet against Denison (Sept. 22) … Posted a top championship-length time of 26:30.0 at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Region Championships (Nov. 12) … Crossed the finish line in 28:37.1 at NCAC Championships (Oct. 29). 

2022 Outdoor: Competed in three meets … Top showing was sixth-place time of 14:40.64 in 3K steeplechase at Bob Kahn Invitational (April 9). 

2022 Indoor: Competed in five meets … Logged collegiate-best 3K time of 12:24.46 at Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 5) … Posted season-best times of 2:57.73 and 6:29.10 in the 800 and mile, respectively, in dual meet with Denison (Jan. 27). 

2021 Cross Country: One of seven Scots to earn a spot on the regional squad … Logged a championship-length-best 26:55.2 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 13) … Lettered as part of the Scots’ 12-harrier NCAC contingent … Crossed at 27:24.2 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) … Navigated the NCAC course in 29:24.7 at the NCAC Preview (Sept. 11), in what marked first championship-length start … Crossed at 27:52.2 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 17) and 28:38.5 at the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 2), the other two championship-length meets of the year. 

Prior to Wooster: Part of Century High School’s regional championship team and helped Knights to a trio of county championships … All-county performer in cross country and holds the three-mile record … Three-time state qualifier … Prepped for Chris Mead.
