2023 Cross Country: Earned second consecutive letter as one of the Scots’ NCAC harriers … Placed 77th at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) in a career-best championship length time of 29:00.3 … Opened the season with best 4K time of 19:44.4 to place 17th at the home Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1) … Posted career-best 5K time of 22:00.4 at home Wooster Twilight Challenge (Nov. 3). 

2023 Outdoor: Only made one start … Went 2:51.46 in the 800 during dual meet against Denison (April 12).

2022 Cross Country: Earned letter as part of Scots’ NCAC contingent … Went 30:56.3 to place 69th at NCAC Championships (Oct. 29) in first championship-length action … Debuted in 19:53.1 at the 4K Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1) … Posted a time of 23:34.9 at the Wooster Twilight 5K Challenge (Nov. 4).
