2025 Outdoor: Competed in three meets … Had season-best time of 4:18.26 in the 1,500 at the Denison Invitational (April 25) … Pair of seventh-place finishes in the 4x400 relay with 3:54.72 at Denison meet and 3:50.64 at the Duane Gomez Invitational (April 19) … Went 2:06.20 in the 800 at home Wooster Invitational (April 4-5). 

2025 Indoor: Member of seventh-place DMR at NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-March 1) that finished in 10:57.72 … Finished fourth in the mile during dual meet vs. Denison (Jan. 30) in a season-best 4:39.04 … Also placed fourth in the 3k in 9:27.20 at season-opening Wooster Invitational (Jan. 18) … Top collegiate 1k time of 2:44.01 at Kenyon Tune Up (Feb. 21). 

2024 Cross Country: Narrowly missed All-NCAC honors, finishing 23rd at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 3) in 27:08.8 … Went 27:06.9 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 16) … Had top-10 finishes at the Wooster Invitational (Aug. 30) and the Dan Mullen Invitational (Oct. 5), placing seventh and sixth, respectively … Helped men’s team to back-to-back titles at the Dan Mullen meet … Wooster Invitational saw a top collegiate four-mile time of 22:56.3. 

2024 Outdoor: Made six starts … Competed in 1,500 at NCAC Championships (May 3-4), posting a collegiate best of 4:09.71 … Went 2:07.42 in the 800 at Duane Gomez Invitational (Apr. 20) … Opened outdoor season with a season-best 5k time of 16:02.51 at Bob Kahn Invitational (March 30). 

2024 Indoor: Made three starts … Member of Wooster’s seventh-place distance medley relay team that finished in 10:42.53 at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 23-24) … Posted a mile time of 4:47.58 during dual meet vs. Denison (Jan. 25) … Opened indoor season at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 20) with a 3k time of 9:42.71. 

2023 Cross Country: Earned third consecutive letter … Went 27:08.5 at NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) to finish in 28th-place … Finished in the top-10 in season-opening Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1), finishing the 4K course in 14:19.0 … Turned in the career-best championship length time of 25:51.3 to finish 117th at NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Region Championships (Nov. 11) … In lone 5K action of the season, went 18:06.9 in dual meet against Denison (Sept. 21). 

2023 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets … Had pair of third-place finishes in the 1,500 (4:22.37) and 4x400 (3:45.56) in dual meet against Denison (April 12) … Went a collegiate-best 35:02.14 in the 10K at the NCAC Championships (May 5-6) … Also logged a collegiate best of 10:54.23 in the 3K steeplechase at Kenyon Invitational (April 22). 

2023 Indoor: Collected All-Ohio honors as part of Wooster’s runner-up DMR (10:43.01) at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 11) … Ran leg of Wooster’s fifth-place DMR (10:42.32) at NCAC Championships (Feb. 24-25) … Won mile in 4:39.18 at Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 4) … Part of two winning relay teams: DMR at the home Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 21) and 4x400 at the Kenyon Invitational (Feb. 17) … Ran in finals of both NCAC Championships and All-Ohio Championships … Overall, competed in six meets. 

2022 Cross Country: Put together a stellar sophomore campaign, which included three top-10 overall finishes … Third-team All-NCAC performer with 19th-place time of 27:41.1 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 29) … Finished fourth at the Wooster Twilight 5K Challenge (Nov. 4) with a career-best time of 15:51.1 at that length … Took eighth against Denison (Sept. 22) in a 5K time of 17:41.6 and 10th at the Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 1) in 28:50.1 … Top harrier for the Scots at the Wittenberg Invitational (Sept. 10), placing 15th overall in a time of 27:04.6 … Narrowly missed All-Ohio honors with a 21st-place finish at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 16) … Ran a top championship-length time of 26:22.7 at that event. 

2022 Outdoor: Scorer for the Scots at All-Ohio Championships (April 16) with seventh-place time of 15:58.74 in the 5K … Competed in the 800 (2:06.91) and 1500 (4:13.75) at the NCAC Championships, with 1500 time marking season-best and ranking 17th in the conference … Competed in eight meets … Season-best 5K time of 15:53.74 came at season-opening Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 17-19). 

2022 Indoor: Part of Wooster’s sixth-place DMR (10:38.93) at NCAC Championships (Feb. 25-26) and also competed in the 3K with 24th-place time of 9:21.80 … Logged season-best 3K time of 8:55.09 at All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 12) with time ranking 11th in conference … Competed in seven meets and had a quartet of first-place finishes with three coming on 4x400 … Opened indoor slate as part of Scots’ winning 4x400 (3:42.43) at Wooster Quad (Jan. 15). 

2021 Cross Country: One of Wooster’s top harriers, evidenced by ranking second on the team at conference and regionals … Capped rookie year with season-best time of 27:25.6 at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 13) … Placed 130th at regionals, which was in the top half of the field … Crossed 42nd at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) with time of 27:58.7 … Placed in the top-10 at Muskingum Invitational (Oct. 2) with time of 29:48.7, as Scots won first traditional meet since 2014 … Went 28:35.8 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 17) and 28:54.8 at the NCAC Preview (Sept. 11), with both meets spanning championship-length courses. 

Prior to Wooster: Part of two state qualifying teams and two district championship squads at Grove City High School … Placed fourth in the PIAA 4x800 … Prepped for Ben English.
