Izzy Cozzie capped her Fighting Scots' volleyball career with third-team All-North Coast Athletic Conference honors, as announced by the league headquarters on Monday.
Cozzie led Wooster with 178 kills, was second with 221 digs, and third with 19 blocks. She had 2.05 kills and 2.54 digs per set this fall. Cozzie delivered a career night against Oberlin College, finishing with a collegiate-best 17 kills. Cozzie hit .256 against the Yeowomen and had 12 digs, for her third consecutive double-digit digs effort.
She later finished 15 kills against Berea College, which followed a dozen in a win against Pennsylvania State University Shenango. Cozzie hit double digits in kills five times as a senior and logged 11 matches with at least 10 digs, headlined by a high of 19 in Wooster's reserve sweep of Capital University.
Cozzie served up four aces in an early-season win against Worcester State University, where Wooster served up a program-record 21 aces. Cozzie's final ace of the night was the record-breaker. Her high of five blocks came against John Carroll University in the conference finale.
