Junior John Allen Ginder was named an honorable mention Inside Lacrosse Preseason All-American.

As a sophomore, the midfielder was a United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association honorable mention All-American and debuted on the All-North Coast Athletic Conference squad as a third-team selection. Ginder tied for fourth on the team with 14 goals and ranked in the top five in assists and points with six and 20, respectively. Ginder logged 23 groundballs and five caused turnovers. He was a key in Wooster's win over Kenyon College with three goals, an assist, and four groundballs.

The short-stick defensive midfielder played in all 17 games as a sophomore. He put up five multi-goal games and scored twice against Denison University in the semifinals of the NCAC Tournament.

Wooster's season starts on Wednesday, Feb. 18 with a 7 p.m. game at Hiram College.
