Senior Ally Siewert is the first in College of Wooster women's golf program history to be a four-time All-North Coast Athletic Conference honoree. The winningest Fighting Scot was announced as a first-team selection on Monday and was joined on the all-conference squad by third-team honoree Morgan Erdmann.
Siewert earned an elevation to first-team All-NCAC after being a second-team performer in 2023 and 2024 and an honorable mention team member as a first-year. This season, she posted a 79.3 average, capped by the third-place score of 233 at the NCAC Championship. She is just the second player in program history with a season average in the 70s. Siewert graduates as the program's all-time leader with an 82.3 average and five medalist honors, a record three of which came this season. The two-time NCAC Athlete of the Week as a senior carded three rounds at 1-over-par, with those coming in round one of Denison University's Lynn Schweizer Invitational, the Grove City College Fall Invitational, and round one of John Carroll University's Fall Invitational. She was the medalist at Grove City with a 1-over-par 73 to lead a field of 71. Siewert earned a record fifth medalist honor at the Forest Hills Intercollegiate, where her 159 led a field of 38. Siewert's third medalist honor this year came in a dual match with Ohio Wesleyan University. In addition to the three medalist honors, Siewert was a three-time runner-up and a nine-time top-three finisher. Eleven of Siewert's 21 rounds this year were in the 70s.
Siewert's first-team All-NCAC honor is the fourth in program history. She joins two-time first-team All-NCAC performer Melissa Burtscher (2023, 2024) and Hannah Buzolits (2017).
Erdmann repeated as a third-team All-NCAC selection. The sophomore placed 13th at the NCAC Championship for the second time with a 250. That helped Wooster's No. 2 to an 85.7 season average. Erdmann's year was headlined by medalist honors at the University of Mount Union Spring Invitational, where her 77 led a field of 37 and earned NCAC Athlete of the Week accolades. Erdmann was fourth of 71 competitors at Grove City's fall event with an 81, the same score she posted in a dual with Ohio Wesleyan, which was good for runner-up status. She led Wooster with a 79 in the opening round of the NCAC Championship and had six rounds of 82 or better with a low of 77.
This was the first year coaches nominated team members for all-conference consideration and voted on them. Previously, all-conference was determined solely based on finish at the conference championship.
