College of Wooster senior first baseman Ryan Kramer's torrid start to 2026 caught the attention of the North Coast Athletic Conference, which selected him as its Athlete of the Week on Tuesday.

Kramer slashed .700/.800/1.700 during a three-game series at Oglethorpe University over the weekend. He drove in 11 runs and hit three homers in three games. Kramer finished an RBI shy of the program's first 8-RBI game since 2010 during Friday's 14-1 rout. He hit two of his three homers in the game-two win.

On Saturday, Kramer reached base safely all five times, hit his third homer in as many games this spring, and drove in four.

This is Kramer's second NCAC Athlete of the Week honor for his career.

Wooster (2-1) hosts State University of New York at Oneonta (0-0) for a three-game series at Art Murray Field this week. The teams are scheduled to start with a doubleheader on Saturday, Feb. 28 with first pitch at 11 a.m.
