Div. III's Caused Turnover Leader Back on Team of the Week

Cuda honored again by USILA

Sophomore Domenic Cuda is back on the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association's Team of the Week after a monster week on the defensive end.

Cuda totaled 15 groundballs, 14 caused turnovers, and two assists in a pair of games last week for the Fighting Scots. He had seven caused turnovers against Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association favorite Hope College, a day removed from causing seven at Calvin University on Friday.

Through games played March 10, Cuda is tops nationally with 6.33 caused turnovers per game and has Wooster ranked within Div. III's top-10. He is one of just 18 players nationally averaging over 10 groundballs per game.

Cuda's 39 caused turnovers through six games are three shy of the 42 he caused across 14 games as a first-year. Earlier this season, he tied the program's single-game record with 12 caused turnovers against Adrial College.

Wooster (4-2) returns to action against the University of Massachusetts Boston on Sunday, March 15. The game takes place at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas at 4 p.m. ET/3 p.m. CT.
